Since 1998, Erik Norman Hansen’s journey in technology, digitalization, communication, marketing, business development, and management has allowed him to witness the astounding pace of change and the myriad ways in which technology can propel us forward. Over time, he evolved into a staunch technology optimist, convinced that human ingenuity knows no bounds.

Filip Elverhøy

CEO at Oslo Digital & Co-founder at Daidda

Filip Elverhøy is a known visionary in the e-commerce industry and has led some of the largest e-commerce ventures in the Nordics. Filip has, among other roles, held the role as digital director at Elkjøp Nordic, director of the customer journey at Komplett Group and CM for NetOnNet. He has extensive experience with strategy development within digital commerce and he’s currently the leader of oslodigital.com, which works with strategy, brand and customer experience. He is also a co-founder of the art gallery daidda.no, which collaborates with the National Museum and Video Village.

Guro Faller

Industry Architect for Retail at Avanade

Guro Faller is an IT architect with over 10 years of experience in IT consultancy, specializing in retail and consumer goods. She has a passion for second-hand and vintage retail. Focusing on solution design, architecture, CRM, customer experience, marketing, and supply chain, she drives positive change and helps businesses succeed in the digital landscape.

Ragnhild Eg

Senior Researcher at Nofima

With a background in cognitive psychology, Ragnhild Eg has studied human behaviour in different multimedia contexts, such as social media, gaming, and virtual reality. She now researches consumer behaviour and food experiences, both online and offline, and takes great interest in the human senses. Her interdisciplinary experience includes projects that cross the domains of computer science, media studies, health sciences, and food research.

Hallgeir Kvadsheim

TV-host, Civil economist, and founder of Inkassoregisteret.no and Pengeverkstedet.no

For many years, Hallgeir Kvadsheim has worked to convey the subject of personal finance through various channels: Dine Penger, the podcast Pengerådet, hosting the show Luksusfellen on Viaplay, giving lectures and authoring three books on personal finance and taxation. Hallgeir has also founded Inkasseregisteret AS and Pengeverkstedet.no.

Stacia Carr

VP Fashion Customer Experience at Zalando

Stacia Carr is an American technology executive and startup co-founder. Throughout her career, Stacia has led engineering teams developing consumer internet products and services with an emphasis on digital media distribution, including SoundCloud, Sony, Listen.com, CMJ and Kink.com. In 2013, she successfully negotiated the acquisition of the boutique consulting company that she was running to Indiegogo. In 2014, she relocated from the US to Spain, as the technical co-founder of Vidnex. Today, Stacia is the Vice President of Fashion Customer Experience at Zalando. Since joining the company in 2016, she has been leading cross-functional (applied science, engineering, product and business) teams developing data driven innovations to tackle the size and fit challenge for Zalando’s customers and brand partners.

As head of creative development at Warner Bros Studios EMEA, Jason worked directly with renowned filmmakers, screenplay writers, cast, and big film studios where he saw how they develop the iconic ideas and stories that wow audiences across the world. Jason was lucky enough to work directly with some of the most iconic storytellers in the world including JK Rowling, George Lucas, and the Dahl and Tolkien families.

Christine Kvaalen

Co-Founder & CMO at Stack by.me

Christine Kvaalen is a co-founder of Stack by.me, the new social investment app. Norway is facing a huge capital gap and Stack reaches out to the 50% of the Norwegian population who is not already investing. Stack uses social media to connect with customers and has added lots of social features in the app. Instagram for next gen investing!

Aleksander Gamme is referred to as the country’s most versatile explorer. For the past twenty years, he has conducted a wide range of spectacular projects and creative expeditions worldwide. In 2021, he founded Pinsj – the first marketplace in the outdoor market, with both second hand and rental services, for both B2C and B2B.

Martin Granberg has a Bachelor in International Economics, spent 6+ years in China and has 18+ years of experience within business development, sourcing, ecommerce, pricing and assortment.

He is a certified board member who helps both PriceIndx smaller and larger clients with strategies surrounding pricing, rules, margins, how to organize their work into daily management, and how to build pricing teams.

Jonny Hansen

Chief Revenue Officer at Lipscore

Jonny Hansen loves working, developing and thinking about the commercial side of business. He is currently the CRO at Lipscore and has experience in leadership, marketing, partnerships, sales and customer success. Jonny is happily married, a dad of twins, a Norwegian champion in football, a two time Norwegian champion in bridge, and has studied mathematics and chemistry at the University of Oslo.

Daro Navaratnam

Founder and CEO at Dintero

Daro Navaratnam is the CEO & co-founder of Dintero. He started Dintero after Bambora acquired Dsafe, which was Daro’s first startup. The main driver for Daro is to solve problems with technology.

Olof Sidèn

With more than 25 years in the digital tech world, experience from multiple industries and countries, Olof Sidèn has always been fascinated and intrigued by how software and technology can drive business forward as an enabler for new and more efficient ways of delivering value to customers. Olof thinks that this is more relevant than ever in the omni-channel reality of today and that we need to capitalize on the power of data insights and the emerging technologies to shape the IKEA of tomorrow.
