On NXT Nordic 2022, we focused on the customer of the new generation: Gen Z. Together, we discussed trends and what the digital natives considers vital when shopping and selling online. Furthermore, how businesses can create sustainable strategies to appeal to the more environment-conscious group while boosting innovation and trust.
